Spring Memories

The idea of this photography project came when I was taking a walk around a park I live nearby. Cherry blossoms were in full bloom and I thought to myself “they’re gonna be gone in a few days”. Just like a fleeting moment you can’t quite grasp. The moment you notice it - it’s gone.

So this became a base for this project, to capture this fleeing moment and give you, the viewer, a memory you’ll have all the time to look at. I’m currently working on a physical photobook of this project that would greater amount of photos and more. And this project could be broken into 3 categories:

People - capturing the way people interact and enjoy spring whilst being discreet.
Moment - little moments you’d otherwise overlook: the way light falls, gradual change of spring to summer, your daily commute.
Fleeting - being all the blossoms and flowers that come and go throughout spring.
